I am going to be going to a cool party in 7 weeks its a pool party and I want to drop some weight and look awsome in a nice designer back less and side less bathing suit or a cute piece but I need help I need to do what ever I can do I have a gym membership so i can work out. I just need to know what pills food and work outs can i do to have rapid weight loss plus i want to be the hot girel all guys at boot camp want

Diet wise, you know, no junk. no processed food.

    * Instead of having 3 large meals in a day, have 5-6 small meals. Make sure to keep a gap of 2-3 hours between two consecutive meals. It will help speed up your metabolism and result in burning of more calories. Have protein, carbs & fat in a 40/40/20 percentage.
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. The more you increase your water consumption, the better it is.
* Never ever skip meals or eat too less in order to lose weight. It will only make your metabolism slower, resulting in an even slower burning of calories.
*check out this site to determine how many calories you need daily to sustain you weight – then eat less.

http://www.exrx.net/Calculators.html

Check with the gym trainers on food supplements like whey protein.

Now I know you want a quick fix, too, and a pill that helps burn fat. Try Hydroxycut. Worked for me, but it’s not cheap & can wreak havoc with your system.

That said, there’s a cardio training regimen called High-intensity interval training (HIIT). You sprint & walk. Can take only 15/20 minutes a day, 3/4 times a week. It is the current best way to raise your metabolism & burn fat. Here’s a site that describes it in detail.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-intens…

Also, to help tone that tummy try core exercises. A coupla sites:

Weight Loss?
I Had a child on June 28th. I am 5′2 and the day i had him i weighed 195 lbs ( i gained ALOT OF WEIGHT, i started out 130 lbs!) i now weigh 150 lbs. I go to the gym 4x per week i do 30 mins of cardio per day. I only drink water and i eat healthy. Any ideas or supplements people have tried with results. I have 20 more pouds to lose!

i forgot to put that i have a personal trainer. I dont just do cardio i have a reg. workout routine too. Hiowever Ive been stuck in a rut i havent lost any more weight in a month

You seem to be doing good!

The basics to losing weight is really so simple.

Burn up more than you take in.

So, eat healthy; like you’re doing, and drinking a lot of cold water.

Exercise as oftn as you can. Weights are ok, but more cardio.

Don’t eat fried foods. Don’t use butter/margerine…that kind of stuff. Stay away from dressings and the ‘fatty’ stuff.

Your stomach will shrink and you won’t feel as hungry. You have to train it the way you do anything with your body. I think you’re doing great. Keep yopur food portions small, eat a little more frequently maybe, but keep the overall intake low. Just make sure you don’t play too much beer pong on your new cheap beer pong tables you got. Unless you play with water

Good luck I think you’re well on your way, and I applaud you for your diligence!

I want to lose 20 – 30 pound by the beginning of November. I need to know what foods to eat. I will be going and walking/running everyday after school as well.

I’m 5′9 i have a large body frame. I weigh somewhere around 190.
The healthy weight range for my height is 150 – 170.

Any tips on how to maximize my weight loss in that amount of time. Thanks.

you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don’t over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don’t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Good luck and stick at it.

the hair usually starts growing back about after a month, 2 if you’r lucky (my best friend get’s two months :/) does it hurt really bad? im not going to lie-yes! a lot it’s ripping out the root of the hair in a very tender spot. if you are of age a lot of women drink a glass or two of wine. the difference between brazilian and bikini: bikini is the hair near the outside the bikini line. brazilian is full blown everything ripped out-you’re nakie.

EDIT: i forgot to mention with a brazilian a "landing strip" (of hair) is optional (left on the front)

RE-EDIT: lol im just makin’ a fool out of myself. holly wood is everything bare (including hair between your… cheeks.

It is said that waxing and shaving makes no difference and the hair grows back exactly the same. Those who wax say that shaving makes hair thicker and darker, and vice versa. Is there anyone who has tried both or waxed for a long period of time? Does waxing really make the hair thinner? On personal experience, my hairs that were previously pulled out now appear darker and thicker– and no i don’t think i imagine it. So does waxing make hair come back thinner after many times, anyone have recommend waxing or prove that it made hair thinner?

its true trust me from personal experience. waxing lasts wayyyyyyy longer and comes back lighter and finer each time so that after awhile hair will harbly grow back at all. shaving just cuts the hair follicle so it doesnt really go away but comes back thicker.!!!

what can i do to make this stop?!?!

That is completely normal! Happens to me EVERY time I get my brows waxed (I don’t wax my lip). Apply some Aloe Vera to the cut and fan it with your hand or a piece of paper to cool it off.
To stop the bleeding and/or tone down the redness, apply some Neosporin to the cut,

It works! I hope it heals soon!

Hi..
I’d like to try waxing my legs because my hair grows back the next day, and my skin is too sensitive to shave every day. I’ve bought wax b4 but it was a cheap and messy brand that didnt work. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good brand of wax and where I can get it? THANKS! =)

oh and how does it take for hair to grow back when u wax?

growing back…depends on you really, if you get the hair out by the root it could be weeks…the thing is that your hairs are growing in cycles, not all of them out at the same time so the hairs that were ready to appear will be too short to be caught in the wax and seem to grow out immediately. The nice thing about waxing is eventually the growth thins and slows.
I don’t know what is available in your neighborhood, but I like the "Persian" waxes, washable wax with a pellon strips. If you get it on your body, hands or floor it washes off. Stir it before using and heat it only gently. If it is not too hot it works better.
Note: ignore any instructions to apply with the direction of hair and pull against the growth of hair. That doesn’t even make sense. Apply against the growth of hair to get a better grip on it and pull in the direction hair grows to avoid breaking hair off at the skin and causing ingrown hair. Hold the skin very tight as you pull the strip, do small sections for less breakage and less pull on the skin. You can apply the wax in a larger strip and then wax a section of that at time.
Use a soft scrubber in the shower to remove dry skin to avoid blocking the pore as the new hair grows out. I’ve waxed my legs for years, some areas are hard to reach but with some practice (doing it at home you can do a section at a time if you get frustrated or bored) it is the best way to remove hair. Nothing beats how smooth it is when it does grow out and the way after some years, the hair shaft thins.
.

What vitamins help clear up skin? I know vitamin c does but what others? and also how many can you take a day of different vitamins? Because some days I take vitamin c, calcium, my regular vitamin, and another one I cant think of right now. My mom tells me to take vitamin c so I don’t get sick and calcium because I don’t drink enough milk…so what helps skin and is there a limit? And is there any truth to retinol cream acne and any success with it? I mean does it really work to help clear up acne? I’ve heard it works with wrinkles but what else?

there’s not really any vitamins in particular just eat lots of varied fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water and cleanse tone and moisturize and exfoilate once a week good luck x
